I saw Gary's work on two sites: Bob Cary's and Bruce Paterson's. The Ferrari and the Benetton were on Bruce's site and there is another original Ferrari on Bob Cary's site in the Rick Burneson collection.

The Benetton below is a wonderful replica of the original car.

I believe all of the F1 Prototypes are on a Mattel Chassis.
